Feature request: start minized/tray

is it please possible to add option to start minimized/in tray ?

Yes, I will add this option.

Added -minimized and /minimized.

It'll start minimized to the taskbar. If you've previously saved the setting to minimize to the tray, then it'll start minimized to the tray.

Could also do another /tray option to force minimize to tray even if not in your settings.

You briefly see the application window appear before it minimizes. Would that be problem?
