Render all pages #19

Firstly, I really like this GH Action. Good stuff! 👍🏻

My main gripe is that currently only the first page/tab seems to be rendered.
It'd be awesome if it rendered all pages/tabs, maybe with a '"_"' separator (which I think is the default behavior in the diagrams.net app, when exporting).
