Re-Design the New button in the Admin Dashboard 🆕

I would like to re-design the new button in the Admin Panel/Dashboard.
Now it's just a simply bootstrap button:

But what we have to do it's re-design the button to a rounded-float-button in the bottom-right side in the WebPage.
