Lack of reports

Describe the bug
After segmentation of a brain metastases, no reports are written nor structures. In addition, I can find no RT Struct files, even though the box is checked in Preferences.

Computer settings (please complete the following information):

• Operating System : Mac Sonoma 14.6
• Processor (CPU) type: Apple M2 Pro
