Monorepo support

Nixpacks supports monorepos, I don't see anything in the Railpack docs about it. How would I use Railpack with a monorepo?

@juliomuhlbauer hey, I'd like to support this! What build system are you using? Is there a open source repo that is similar to the monorepo structure you are using that I can use as the basis for a test suite for this?

@juliomuhlbauer I did some poking around here and Railpack does support at least some monorepos! Here are some example projects:

• npm Workspaces - Using npm's built-in workspace feature
• pnpm Workspaces - Using pnpm's workspace feature
• Turborepo - Monorepo with Turborepo build system (includes multiple apps and shared packages)

What specific build system or package manager are you using? If you have a particular setup in mind that isn't covered by these examples, feel free to share more details and we can provide more targeted guidance.
