Add abbility to suppress an unknown tool from the popup

I have a tool call from an MCP server that does not exist yet, as I am just testing it out. Now I would like to suppress the tool popup that says "unknown tool name found", just for that single toolname, as I still want to be able to report other names, except for this new name.
