Translucent windows effects for inactive windows

Not sure where to put this request.
Been using the Translucent Windows mod for a while now and it works pretty great in most cases, there's just one detail that kinda ruins it a bit and that is that the effects turn off for inactive windows. Would it be possible to have an option to keep the effects on for inactive windows too, or maybe use different effect for them like more transparency?

Hi, as far as I know this is a windows default behavior to conserve power, and as far as I know there is no way to change it (even when not using battery power).

This is a built-in behavior of the API itself and they mention that it helps with focus here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/style/mica#when-to-use-mica-or-mica-alt

Probably the only way to disable this feature is to apply a custom background effect like DWMBlurGlass does for example.
