Incomplete translation into Spanish

Hello, as the title indicates, some parts of Windhawk are not translated into Spanish. They are in English.

1. The title and description of the mod are in English. This is the case with all mods.
2. Everything else in the Home, Explore, Settings, and About tabs is correctly translated into Spanish.

Is it possible to add a Spanish translation for the parts that are still in English? Thank you very much.

I have no programming knowledge, but if you tell me the codes that identify the "Mod Title" and "Mod Description", I could add their translation.
