The microsoft store apps in start menu search are recently added feature. This is discussed like here and there. This is not limited to 25H2, my 24H2 is also showing this.
You can disable this by adding sa_config.enableWinStoreAppDataProvider = 0; to Windows 11 Start Menu Styler's Search WebView custom JavaScript code.
Maybe making this into a new mod or a feature of Windows 11 Start Menu Styler is a good idea.
