Regression in Multilingual Support: Vivienne (Russian language playback) #461
Description
I am reporting a quality regression when using the French voice "Vivienne" (fr-FR) to read Russian text in Edge TTS. Previously, this voice handled Russian speech with great intonation and clarity. After the update, the following issues appeared when reading Russian:
Broken Intonation: It no longer flows naturally.
Speed Issues: The pace changes inconsistently.
Word Clipping: The voice frequently cuts off the endings of Russian words.
Please check the recent changes in the multilingual/cross-language engine for Vivienne.
