Alignment Order

When I do this
pi_temp = pst.pairwise_align(adata_A, adata_B, backend = ot.backend.TorchBackend(), use_gpu = True,numItermax=3000)

Is adata_A aligned to adata_B or adata_B aligned to adata_A

It would be great if you could explain this to me! Thank you!

A is aligned to B. That is, the alignment matrix has A_spots rows and B_spots columns.
