messages failing to send in a non-obvious way

Hello there and thanks for the neat piece of software!

The "issue" may be my own incompetence, but i try to send a message to a peer (on the cardputer ADV) and no button seems to provide the needed "send" function! i tried indeed "enter" first, then a few others... tried a few combos like ctrl+enter, ctrl+D, etc. (and found out about a bunch of ctrl+... key combos!) but nothing...

Is there a place to read documentation about this? What am I missing?

OK, it was apparently something weird happening with this specific contact, as "ENTER" worked for sending message for another contact indeed... I still dont know what is happening, there is no visual indication that something is wrong and i know this contact is connected (via TCP interface) and online...

I've had this issue, it seems to be something like it doesn't actually remember who they are, so then I have to find them in the Peer list and select "Message", at which point I get a duplicated contact (temporarily) and can send messages. however stamps are also completely nonfunctional so you either need no stamp cost or allow invalid stamps if you want to message something with stamps enabled.
