[Public Beta] Test Debt World: clarity, privacy, and real return value

I am building Debt World / 上岸星球, a free bilingual public beta that turns a private debt journey into a walkable, game-like world—without pretending the debt is only a game.

What a tester can do

1. Create an anonymous username-and-password account; no email or legal name is required.
2. Choose a country and local currency.
3. Talk with Kian to organize pressure, income, living costs, interest, due dates, and possible next steps.
4. Add multiple debts and update progress from real repayments, prepayments, or extra income.
5. Enter one shared world where limited anonymous patterns help the world grow. Exact personal amounts remain private.
6. Invite someone with a personal link. Rewards activate only after that person adds a first debt, so empty signups do not count.

The five questions I most need answered

• Which onboarding step is confusing?
• What privacy wording is unclear or unconvincing?
• Which debt type or repayment situation is missing?
• What would make you return in seven days?
• Did the experience reduce pressure, increase it, or have no effect?

Please do not post passwords, bank details, identity documents, exact private debt figures, or private AI conversations in this issue. Use the in-product Feedback entry for a bug report or privacy concern.

Debt World does not connect to banks, sell loans or debt relief, or replace financial/legal advice. Honest and blunt feedback is more useful than a positive review.

Build log — August 3, 2026: making repayment progress visible

Today I am testing a more tangible way to show real repayment progress. Instead of changing only a percentage bar, a user-confirmed repayment can gradually change the character: fewer chain links, more light, a balloon helping lift part of the visible burden, and a more energetic pet.

The intent is not to gamify hardship or create a debt leaderboard. It is to make small, real steps easier to notice while keeping exact balances private. No progress is inferred from a bank connection; the user confirms every update.

The feedback question for this iteration is deliberately narrow:

Which visual feels genuinely encouraging, and which one feels patronizing or too game-like?

今天测试的不只是进度条：用户主动确认一笔真实还款后，角色可以逐渐减少铁链、增加光效，让气球托起一部分负担，并让宠物恢复更多活力。

这不是把负债做成排行榜，也不代表系统连接了银行；每次变化都必须由用户确认，精确金额继续保持私密。

Build log — August 4, 2026: Kian helps sort pressure into one next step

Debt can arrive as one tangled description: several balances, different due dates, income that changes, essential costs, and no obvious place to begin.

This iteration tests a narrower role for Kian AI. Kian can help a user:

• name debts, income, and essential costs;
• separate known facts from missing information;
• organize multiple obligations without merging them into one misleading number;
• draft a few educational repayment lenses; and
• choose one small next step for the user to confirm.

Kian does not connect to a bank, alter balances automatically, recommend a new loan, make local legal conclusions, or act as a financial adviser or lawyer. Exact personal data and private conversations do not enter the public map.

The question for this build is:

At what moment would this kind of AI organization feel genuinely useful—and at what moment would it start to feel too authoritative?

真实的债务处境往往不是一张整齐的表格，而是一段混在一起的描述：多笔余额、不同还款日、波动收入、必要开销，以及“不知道先做什么”。

这次测试的是更克制的小岸 AI：帮助用户区分债务、收入和必要开销，标出缺失信息，把多项义务分别整理，并提供几种教育性的还款观察角度。最后一步始终由用户自己确认。

小岸不会连接银行、自动修改余额、推荐新贷款、代替当地法律判断，也不是财务顾问或律师。精确个人数据和私人对话不会进入公共地图。

这次只问一个问题：这种 AI 整理在什么时刻会真正有帮助，又在什么时刻会显得过于权威？

Build log — August 5, 2026: early repayment as a sandbox, not a command

Many debt tools treat extra money as an automatic “pay more now” instruction. I’m testing a calmer early-repayment window in Debt World:

• compare the regular schedule with a proposed prepayment;
• show the estimated interest and time trade-off;
• keep income, essential-cost buffer, and upcoming due dates visible;
• let the user choose which debt receives the extra amount;
• count progress only after the user confirms a real action.

The goal is not to tell someone to empty their buffer or race another user. It is to make the choice legible and leave the decision with them.

This remains a planning sandbox—not financial, legal, tax, or debt-relief advice. Debt World does not connect to a bank, and exact personal financial data stays outside the public map.

One question for testers: What would you need to see before an early-repayment comparison felt useful rather than pressuring?

Build log — August 8, 2026: be seen without being exposed

Debt stories can make private pressure feel less isolating—but publishing a financial experience can also expose the person behind it. This iteration tests a strict boundary between a private plan and a public story:

• nothing is copied automatically from a private debt ledger or Kian conversation;
• sharing requires a separate, deliberate submission;
• exact amounts, identity details, contact information, and account identifiers should stay out;
• a submitted story enters moderation before it can appear in the shared world; and
• other people can send fixed encouragement, not direct messages, money offers, or solicitations.

The goal is not to turn hardship into content. It is to let someone say “this is real” without making their private financial life public.

One question for testers: Would this boundary make you comfortable enough to read or share an anonymous story—and what would still feel unsafe?

• 不从私人债务台账或小岸对话中自动复制任何内容；
• 分享必须由用户再次主动提交；
• 精确金额、身份信息、联系方式和账户标识不得进入故事；
• 故事提交后先进入审核，再决定是否出现在共享世界；
• 其他人只能发送固定鼓励，不能私信、提供金钱或推销服务。

目标不是把困境变成内容，而是让一个人可以说“这是真实发生的”，同时不必公开自己的私人财务生活。
