Persist inline results when cursor leaves the line

Currently the evaluated result only appears as a decoration while the cursor is on that line. It would be great if results could persist on all lines containing expressions, not just the active line. This would allow using the extension as a quick reference calculator throughout the file without needing to revisit each line.

@vtlmks @rcoopr Could we maybe add a setting like addResultsAfterEqualSign that appends the result after an equal sign? Like 1+1 = 2 and automatically append the 2 instead of showing the tooltip? Would save me the copy and paste I need to do each time.
