Bug: sc docker fails if an API call to registry fails even if trying to use docker from other registry

Problem/Opportunity

If I have logged into two registries and API call to one fails it exits before letting me use any images from the other registry.

Steps to reproduce

Expected Behavior

I can use images from one registry even if a different registry fails.

Actual Behavior

The whole program exits when API calls to any registry fails.
