Awaiting Configuration

We've installed the module, and the connection test is OK:

Connection established.

We've created the products, but when we access their details, it gets stuck on:

Awaiting Configuration

We access the Realtime panel, but no orders appear.

Hi, thank you for your report. I think the problem you're describing is an incomplete order. The order has been created in Whmcs, but the CSR and the Administrative contact information has not been uploaded yet.

Your user can add the data in the clientarea:

"Configure Now" is not appearing. What is the reason?

Did you by any change changed the content of templates/twenty-one/clientareaproductdetails.tpl ? Around line 262 it displays the part you are missing:

I use the "six" template, but there are no changes:

I believe I've found the issue, I'm currently working on a fix
