Add DNS validation

During configuration of a new SSL certificate, only "E-mail" and "HTTP" validation can be selected, DNS validation is missing.
It is available in the DCV method dropdown. But I believe the DCV method column can be removed.

We actually hide the radio inputs and alert there. We do this because you can theoretically select different dcv methods per SAN
I guess it is not hidden because you have your own template.

That might be it, we use Lagom theme. Should I ask Lagom to arrange for compatibility with your module?

That is an option, you can also add some custom logic of your own

Could you somehow improve the WHMCS SSL addon to work better with other themes? Most WHMCS customers do not use the default theme.

I don't know how feasible that is for us. What we could do is collect all the jquery magic into a more central place. This way, it would be easier for any developers to create their own custom logic which aligns with the used template
