Describe the solution you'd like
There is currently only support for PAH or Galaxy when using "ee_pull_collections_from_hub". I suggest adding a "ee_pull_collections_from_rhahub" (or something similiar) that uses a different preconfigured ansiblf.cfg.j2 for that setup.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Documenting how to properly template and copy in your own ansible.cfg may work as well.

Additional context
This would reduce the setup required for ephemeral controllers or building EEs inside CI/CD.

I would like to further suggest allowing our own ansible.cfg file instead of having to conform to the one in the template file. We only host locally developed collections on our private hub, and go to galaxy and redhat for other collections.
