Navmesh creation fails for some zones

This error is seen in the following zones:

• East Shroud
• Radz-at-Han

It's also been reported that Radz-at-han crashes apparently while spawning a monster too.

That should be harmless, buuut I also need to re-check to see how the big open-world navmeshes look.
