Awesome! Thanks for letting us know, and the kind words :) And yeah, that's exactly what we have tried to do with RTK! |

Hi Redux Toolkit team and community,
We recently published the 2026 Boilerplate, a production-ready TypeScript/React/Express starter, and Redux Toolkit is a core part of it. We wanted to share how we're using it and say thank you.
Despite years of "Redux is dead" discourse, we remain convinced believers. RTK's createSlice, the clean reducer patterns, and DevTools integration are genuinely the best solution we've found for managing complex global state. In the boilerplate, we use both persistent and non-persistent Redux slices, encrypted localStorage persistence for session state, and in-memory slices for ephemeral UI state. It's a pattern that's worked extremely well for us.
The boilerplate includes:

Thank you for continuing to evolve Redux into something that's genuinely a pleasure to work with. RTK has made the case for Redux better than anything else could have.
