Missing GitHub Releases for versions 0.18.7-0.18.14

Thanks for maintaining reg-cli!

I noticed that versions 0.18.7 through 0.18.14 are published on npm (latest is 0.18.14 from 9 days ago), but the GitHub Releases page still shows 0.18.6 as the latest release from June 2024.

Why this matters:

• Makes it harder to see what's new in recent versions
• Can raise security concerns for users (no way to verify npm package matches repo)
• CHANGELOG.md entries aren't visible through GitHub's release UI

Request:
Would you be open to creating GitHub release tags for versions 0.18.7-0.18.14? Even retroactive releases would be helpful!

This would help users:

• Discover recent changes more easily
• Verify package integrity
• Build trust in the npm packages
