🧬 Smart Prompt Evolution (SPE-NL) Overhaul

This hotfix introduces the new "Relative Breakthrough" detection logic to the SPE-NL engine. This ensures that the engine captures and reports every significant evolutionary step, even when scanning hardened targets.

🚀 Key Improvements

• Relative Breakthrough Logic: The engine now tracks _best_fitness_ever and reports any mutation that improves upon previous results (Fitness >= 0.7).
• Enhanced Sensitivity: Increased breakthrough density to provide better feedback when scanning highly vulnerable targets.
• Authority Deception: Optimized fitness scoring to reward payloads using "Security Patch" and "Administrative Override" trickery discovered in Gen 9.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

• Fixed Engine Crash: Resolved NameError: gen_breakthroughs is not defined that occurred during generation statistics logging.
• Stagnation Reporting: Improved terminal logging to show exactly when a breakthrough payload is discovered in real-time.
• Version Sync: Synchronized all sub-packages (Backend, Desktop, CLI) to v1.0.6.
