Such as effect mechanics, it seeems they all do not work in combat. The 2nd pic was taken from my main account.

Ishmael's CD reduction, and 2 QTE charges, I'm not sure if it's just these two.

I found that Ishmael's skill table might be incorrectly linked to Rosetta Arete.

All skill effects are working as of recent commits. QTE charges are being stored and can be used. Please describe the exact issue with as many details as possible. Ishmael and Arete's skill values are not the same.
