Consider the addition of two new beneficiary classes - randomVoter and supplementalAwardee #38
Description
Random voter:
- Get all eligible votes based on selected criteria (i.e. all votes to the operator account in the previous day or some time/date range; all votes on included posts; all votes on a previous Thoth post; etc..)
- Pick one or more at random based with selection odds based on the rshares voted
- Add beneficiaries accordingly
Supplemental Account: (charity donations, partnerships, etc...)
- Set a beneficiary for a specified account with no other inclusion requirement
