Enable sponsored images in posts

Options to consider:

1. Delegators can provide images for inclusion in Thoth posts. These images will be selected, randomly, in proportion with the delegation size.
2. Sponsors can transfer SBDs to have an image included in Thoth posts.

(Images must be manually reviewed before being eligible for inclusion).
