Automatic server restart in case of downtime or a specific process failure is a feature that can be enabled or disabled by the administrator.

You mean... you want automatic restarts to be toggleable?
Because auto-restarting on crash is already a thing. It just stops if it crashes again within 60 seconds of starting.

Does the inability to control the time at the crash mean we control the 60s?

Well, the 60 seconds are hard-coded, usually if a server crashes twice within 2 minutes that's a sign that your server should be HI. (Human Investigated)
But I guess yeah that could be made configurable.
