Preview function leaves Publish button non-functional until further editing.

I've installed fx 2026-05-26 10:59 via Docker.

Posts are published correctly unless the Preview button is first used. In that case the preview appears, but going 'Back' returns the editable text, but both the Preview and Publish buttons are greyed out and non-functional. The post needs to be edited to restore active Preview and Publish buttons.

This appears illogical. If the preview was satisfactory, the post should be directly publishable, either from the preview window, or after being returned to the editing window without further editing.

Which browser are you running? For me in Firefox the buttons are available after going back from the preview

Apologies, I should have clarified this. I'm using Vivaldi (a Chromium-based browser) on Mac OS X Tahoe. I've just rechecked the behaviour and it remains as described. Using a Tor Browser (a Firefox derivative) the Preview/Submit buttons are working as expected on new posts and edited posts. They also work on Safari. Sent with [Proton Mail](https://proton.me/mail/home) secure email.
