make the RSS feed description contain full posts

some people would like to be able to read the full post via the RSS reader without having to click to the website.

How do you think this should be implemented?

2. add parameter to query string http://yourwebsite.com/feed.xml?description=full

I’m not sure. I think another link would be ignored by most people so maybe it would be better to improve the main response. Do you have thoughts on this? What do you makes sense and why?

Thanks for also thinking about this. Yes I guess you are right, but then we would end up with huge feeds.

I looked how other sites avoid having enormous feeds, and I think they use a "Atom Paged Feed", via

    <link rel="next" href="http://example.org/index.atom?page=2"/>

as can be seen below.

So then the first feed only sends the first 20 items, and page 2 only item 21-40 and a link to page 3, etc.

Good thoughts on this, atom would be a great choice to solve this issue.
