This is for the .val code extension. This is also meant for the scripting in the GOAT Source 3D Engine, which u can find here:

Once you have downloaded it, find the Visual Studio Code file where you downloaded it and find the resources file. Then find Extensions and paste the val folder in with all the other extensions.
P.S: don't read too much into the licence, he's a crackhead.
