Support the new catalog format used by puppetdb

it appears nontrivial to get a catalog out of puppetdb in the format this tool expects. I'm still trying to find a viable solution, but opening an issue here to increase awareness and look for solutions

Yeah, it's a shame PuppetDB doesn't give such an option. I recall @grimradical saying this is something they wanted but till it's there I can't really see a clear way to achieve this.

I also want this ability to extract Puppet Reports from PuppetDB so the same report parsers/viewer can be used but no suck luck there either
