Awesome list! Was cool to see utiles on here (I wrote that).

I have been working on this (ry) for a while, but I am not sure where to put it in the list.

@ritwiktiwari thanks! I looked at the PR. just so you know, jiff doesn't have a python api, but ry does have shims for jiff. It might be worth changing it so as to not confuse people?

pyo3 has jiff extractors but there is no jiff wrapper i am aware of aside from ry.
