Repeated "Failed to delete package – not found by ID or Title" (Docker / Unraid)

Environment

- Quasarr version: 3.1.5
- Type: Docker
- OS: Unraid (Linux)
- Radarr: 6.0.4.10291 (alpine 3.23.3)
- JDownloader: running on Unraid
- FlareSolverr: v3.4.6

Description

Quasarr is running and successfully:

• connecting to FlareSolverr
• providing releases to Radarr

However, issues are visible in the logs:

1) Repeated delete loop

Quasarr repeatedly logs:

Failed to delete package Quasarr_movies_502acb3db33f7584424f8675d09087ef - not found by ID or Title

This occurs in a loop approximately every 60–90 seconds.

Important:

JDownloader shows no active downloads
JDownloader shows no inactive packages
Quasarr WebUI shows no active or inactive packages
The same package hash is referenced every time
It appears Quasarr is attempting to delete a package that no longer exists and retries indefinitely.
