It would be nice to be able to star a developer and when I connect with reMarkable it will notify me that the developer has released a new add-on.
Or apply this to all developers - hey, a new add-on has been added to reManager, do you want to check it out?

It might be time for me to plan out a rework of the Mods UI. I'll take this into consideration!

It would also be a good idea to star the extensions.
Sometimes I need to uninstall the entire vellum and then I would like to install my favorite extensions at once so I don't have to choose one by one.
