Bad performance/Render lag with Kontakt on new-wine10-embedding branch

Problem description

I need to use Kontakt VST in REAPER. I tested both wine-9.21 on master branch and the new new-wine10-embedding branch. I noticed that on the new embedding branch that kontakt appears to be "laggy" and there is a noticeable input delay when interacting with the UI. I also need to click folders in the browser of kontakt twice because on the first click it sometimes does not correctly redraw? On the master branch with wine-9.21 it works better, but i really want to use the new NTSync driver because it is the correct way forward.

What did you expect to happen?

At least same performance/UI interaction feel as in master branch and wine 9.21

What actually happened?

Kontakt feels a bit laggy and delayed with the UI rendering

Are problems like this expected at this development stage or a known issue?
When is a merge to master expected for wine10+ to work?
What is the current state of new-wine10-embedding branch?

It may be possible that this is not an issue with yabridge but rather an issue with newer wine versions because it also affects the UI rendering in standalone mode as it seems and kontakt seems also to be the only VST with this issue...
