Issue Information

Today, the Oxford City Council page https://www.oxford.gov.uk/xfp/form/142 has a banner saying "Easter bank holiday bin collections. There are no changes to bin collections over the Easter bank holiday weekend. Please put your bins out on your usual collection day.". This causes the scraper to fail.

A simple solution is to replace:
