Ability to disable slackbot notifications for events

Current behavior is to write a message to a user's slackbot if there's an http/https link in the Outlook event location field. Some users would like to be able to disable this slackbot link.

Could be a pretty quick-to-implement `Option` that can be manually configurable. More advanced functionality could allow users to toggle it via a slash command.
