Upgraded Claude Plan not reflected even after reinstalling

Description

Initially I was on the Claude Max 5X plan, and after I upgraded to the 20X plan, the UI still shows 5X on the top-gith corner.
I have tried to delete the entire OpenUsage folder from my Application folder, and reinstalled the latest release, but the issue still persists.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to a lower-tier Claude account
2. Upgrade
3. Come back to OpenUsage (or try to reinstall it)
4. Still shows as 5X account

Expected Behavior

The tier should be updated to reflect the actual account tier.

Actual Behavior

Not showing the actual account tier.
