Claude Enterprise plan not showing "Extra usage spent" in result spending

There is empty total spending for Claude for my enterprise subscription

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Claude Enterprise subscription with extra usage
2. Open OpenUsage

Expected Behavior

I could see % of usage of my enterprise plan

Actual Behavior

nothing showed

Hi @SnitavetsIV - thank you! Would you be able to send us the log file?

1. Right click on the OpenUsage icon
2. Select Debug Level → Debug
3. Send over ~/Library/Logs/com.sunstory.openusage/openusage.log

It will help us fix this ASAP.
