I'm having a similar issue with this

When launching, make sure you open the app from privilege mode.

Do: Hold R and launch a game from the switch home menu, then start Moonlight.
Don't: Open gallery and launch Moonlight.

I had the same problem before realizing where i'd gone wrong. Hope this helps someone else.
