Filter out $0.00 rows

It'd be nice to be able to filter out rows which have no cost ($0.00) since that's mainly clutter (IMO) during cost analysis.

More complex, but this could be a flag which would let you provide a value to filter out (I don't want to see any rows where we spent less than $50 in a month, I want to see services which cost more than $1000 in a month.

I think this is a good idea. It should be done with a flag though. I think it's useful to see the full list at times and for digging into things, ignoring the $0 cost ones is helpful.
