Popup for Jammer/Pivot replacement in the Lineup when a penalty exists

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, if a Jammer or Pivot have outstanding penalties at the end of a Jam, if a "new" Jammer or Pivot is selected the Jammer/Pivot will automatically swap to the selected Jammer/Pivot. [Non-Pivot blockers also do this, but only once 3 blockers have been selected and the penalised blocker is selected]
This behviour may, on occasion, result in an ePLT not identifying the correct skater in queue, or that there is an additional skater on track

Describe the solution you'd like
When a Pivot/Jammer has a penalty (Queued or Serving), and a new Pivot/Jammer is selected, have a pop-up similar to that of "too many blockers" confirming the skater swap

This could have conflicts with Juniors games

For example at a tournament I was at recently Junior games ran at Level 2 every three jams, skaters were swapped out based on their levels.

If the above change was implemented it would need consideration for this, maybe in the JRDA ruleset to allow skaters in the queue to either be substituted and have either the incoming skater serve the penalty, or the penalty to hold until that skater is next available to be rostered.

This kind of lineup switching is not currently supported by CRG - if you swap out a skater who is in the box, that's automatically turned into a substitute, making it the same for skaters in the queue would add consistency.
And given that the "official" way to mark a substitute will be more obvious in 2027.x, it is even more likely that entering one in this way is unintentional, making the popup even more useful.
