New: the 5-minute guide is up — “Your AI support bill counts ‘resolutions’ it attested itself” — what resolved quietly includes, the who-attested-the-outcome table, and the two-line statement logic. If you only read one thing before deciding whether your bill is worth checking, read that. |

If your AI support bill is priced per "resolution" — Intercom Fin ($0.99), Zendesk AI ($1.50–2.00), Salesforce ($2.00) — this offer is for you.
The vendor's AI decides what counts as one "resolution," the vendor's meter counts it, and the vendor bills it. That includes resolutions only the vendor's own system attested: the customer stopped replying (assumed resolved), or clicked a confirmation prompt. We checked — across 20 vendors in this space, none publishes a dispute process for the resolution count on your invoice.
We built the evidence half:
The offer: send a sanitized export (or run the CLI locally and share only the two line counts) — we turn around a first reconciliation within 48h, free. You keep the statement for your renewal or dispute. We're validating the method on real bills; if it breaks on your data, we'll say so publicly.

What this is not: we don't adjudicate ("should have been billed"), don't touch payments, and don't take a cut of anything recovered — fixed statements from declared rules and observed execution only.
