Autorole

Add an Autorole function with the ability to:

• Add roles to members who join the server
• Add roles to members based on the amount of XP they have in the server

Debatable whether this should be its own plugin, or implemented as a feature into Role Request. Thoughts, @GTG3000?

I have already implemented automatic roles into Role Request on my side.

XP roles could possibly be part of the xp plugin
