+To help with development, the application contains extensive logging around service-worker activity.

+It is also helpful to use the chrome developer tools. The "Application" tab contains the ability to see which service-workers have been registered, the ability to update/unregister service-workers, and the ability to clear the cache for the domain you're working in. The "Network" tab contains the ability to force a network disconnection. Please note that using the chome tools for disconnecting from the network may not be 100% accurate, so it's recommended to manually turn of your network connection.
