Media element with Transform matrix

Hi Guys,

Can I set a transform matrix of media element?

Actually I have an app where user can place image on top of another image, with three gestures:
scaling, translation and rotation,

due to these transformation I don't have the final frame after transformations. so somehow can I set transform matrix to media element ?

or any suggestion how can I resolve this issue using your library.
