Support for unordered_map

I see you were planning on implementing unordered_map, and have a TODO. Any chance that you've written it, or do you have a timeline of when you might get that finished?

Hello! Three years ago I spent some of my free time on this project for two reasons: fun and to reuse the project at my previous job. Then I changed job and unfortunately the project got abandoned. I currently don't have plans to carry on any development. Sorry about that.

Ah, darn. This project is awesome, I just stumbled across it and I'm integrating it into my project right now. Support for unordered_map would've been awesome :) Still, thank you for implementing what you did!
