Kanji drawing to dictionary search

In addition to radical lookup, it would be nice to have the option to draw the kanji and offer suggestion.

Possible solutions include:

• https://github.com/CaptainDario/DaKanji-Single-Kanji-Recognition (Would require writing a webassembly wrapper around the inference)
