Don't assume html in vscode syntax highlighter

I'm using sailfish to generate some C++ and Rust code, and vscode syntax highlighting for it is very broken:

Is it possible to make it show all generated texts as white and only highlight the Rust code inside templates? If it takes the language
and highlight my C++ code as well, it would be even better.
