[BUG] Inline .pdf Attachment not shown

Steps to Reproduce

• Send or receive an email with an inline .pdf attachment. The way it was done here is by drag/dropping a .pdf file into an email in apples "Mail" App on MacOS.
• Look at the email in the bichon web interface.
• Where attachments are listed it says "Only non-inline attachments are shown here."
• The inline attachment is not shown in the email body.
• When downloading the mail as .eml it displays the inline .pdf correctly.

Issue Description

The inline .pdf attachment is not visible on the bichon web interface.

Due to the sensitive content of the attachment i'd rather not share it. I can try reproducing the error with an empty pdf or something if you deem it necessary.

Let me briefly explain: bichon does not display attachments with a Content-Disposition of inline in the attachment list. If the HTML part contains a cid reference that matches an inline attachment, then that inline attachment will be embedded into the HTML content. If there is no cid association, it will not be displayed in the HTML either. It’s possible that in the situation you described, the HTML does not contain a cid reference linked to that inline attachment.

Unfortunately this issue is consistent for every mail sent via apple mail on macos and ios.
In the mail app there is no option to actually add something as an attachment, regardless of drag/dropping it in or adding it via menu -> add attachment, the outcome is the same.
What's also curios is that every mail affected by this has the "only none-inline attachments are shown here" message... which messages that don't have an attachment, or an attachment that isn't inline don't have.
So there is some indication that the mail has an inline attachment that bichon knows about.
I guess apple did a bad job of implementing this then and nothing can be done on your end?
Would you consider also listing inline attachments in the attachment list?

@rehajel I think this issue is quite straightforward, but I haven't personally encountered it yet. Could you help me create a sample email (ensuring it contains no sensitive information), download it as an .eml file, and send it to me via email? I need to examine its structure to figure out how to handle it. I am currently on vacation and busy with some other features, so it might take me a little while to resolve this.

edit 20.01.:

I sent you an email with example attachments as .eml file downloaded from bichon.
Interesting: To send you this email I used Macos Mail app and examined the same bug.
What I didn't realize before but was also evident with this mail: Text below the inline attachments is also cut from the view in bichon and if there are attachments that can't be displayed inline (.eml) then they are correctly visible as attachments.

@rehajel I received your email, thank you very much. I reviewed the .eml file — this case appears to be a regular attachment that is marked as inline, and it does not involve any CID references. I can make this type of attachment appear in the attachment list; that should be easy to fix.

As for the text below the inline attachment being cut off in Bichon, I’m not sure why that’s happening. From the PNG screenshot you sent, I couldn’t clearly see where the content was truncated. Could you send a screenshot here?
