[FEATURE] Change default search scope

Description

It would be nice to also have "from" and "to" fields in the default search scope.

Purpose / Use Case

Currently I need to know if I'm searching in the default scope (subject, body and attachment names) or a specific address.
Sometimes I misremember what I used in those fields and am not sure about the address but know words that could have been used in either.

Additional Information (optional)

Having those fields also included in the search would make things easier.
Alternatively you could make the columns to be searched selectable.

There is a 'Contacts' section in the UI that allows searching by 'from' and 'to' fields.

I know, but at the moment I need to use either this or the default search scope which means I need to know if I'm searching one or the other or try both if I'm not sure.
It would be more convenient to just search once and also have to and from included.

As an example, I knew that I had a email chain where I was talking about "pva" and also sent a mail to an address containing this word.
As I misremembered, the default search scope did not show any messages so I had to search again using the contacts field.

Not a big deal, but I wondered why it is this way, since most other searches in mail clients that I know (thunderbird, apple mail, outlook...) also search the to and from fields in the default search.
